Dining at the Hillsboro Club is an
experience in and of itself. Executive Chef applies his
innovation and distinctive culinary skills to enhance each of the
daily menus, creating flavorful, as well as healthy dishes for
every meal. During the Winter Season all meals, including afternoon tea, are included
in the room rate.
Begin your day relaxing over breakfast and
coffee in the Oceanside Dining Room or steps from the beach on the
Van Dusen Deck. A delicious lunch buffet, including an array of delectable desserts, awaits you after a
morning of activity.
Cocktails are served at one of the two Tiki Bars each
evening followed by candlelight dining in the
Oceanside Dining Room.

A la carte breakfast service in the Dining Room during non-peak times.
Hybrid breakfast service during busier times (100 members in-house to 160 member in-house) will consist of BOTH Dining Room a la carte menu and a breakfast buffet in the Sea Room.
During peak holiday periods breakfast service will consist of solely a buffet offering in the Sea Room.

The Sea Room will feature lunch on a daily basis.
A la carte menu service when less than 50 members in-house and buffet service when more than 50 members are in-house.
