Dining at the Hillsboro Club is an experience in and of itself. Executive Chef Chris Hynes applies his innovation and distinctive culinary skills to enhance each of the daily menus, creating flavorful, as well as healthful, dishes for every meal. During the Winter Season all meals, including afternoon tea, are included in the room rate.

Begin your day relaxing over breakfast and coffee in the Oceanside Dining Room or steps from the beach on the Van
Dusen Deck.  A delicious Lunch Buffet awaits you after a morning of activity including an array of delectable desserts.

Tea is served daily at 4:00 p.m. in the Living Room offering everyone a chance to meet and catch up and make plans
for the next day.  Cocktails are served in the Montgomery Lounge each evening followed by candlelight dining featuring selections in the Oceanside Dining Room.

The Montgomery Lounge
The lounge is open daily from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. and in the
evenings beginning at 6:00 p.m. for cocktails. The Manager's
Cocktail Party is held each Monday from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
